Rusty Young represents and advises single parent and group captive insurance companies in planning, formation, operation, and dissolution.  He is particularly familiar with state registration and regulation of Risk Retention Groups and capital, ownership and fronting structures for group captives generally, including reciprocal, mutual, stock, and non-profit organizations.  He also provides corporate and regulatory counsel for financial service companies, business corporations, and non-profits outside the captive area.

Rusty graduated from Dartmouth College and magna cum laude from Vermont Law School. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2001.
